This laptop has been freshly restored with Windows 11, given major updates, and checked for basic functionality of components. This laptop is offered for technician, enthusiast, or reseller purchase. This laptop is not considered "end-user-ready".

This laptop has a BIOS password lock. Laptop is set to UEFI/TPM, and allow booting from a USB drive and from the internal SSD. HOWEVER, BIOS settings CANNOT be changed and the on-hours of the laptop cannot be Getac V110 G4• Intel Core i5-7300U• 8GB DDR4-2133• 256GB SKHynix M.2 SATA SSD in Getac factory caddy• 12" 768P touchscreen with tablet swivel hinge• AC wifi• 4G LTE cellular modem• 2x original batteries tested to charge (capacity and longevity not guaranteed)• Windows 11 Pro 25H2, activatedNO CHARGER IS INCLUDED. These laptops take a very standard 19V-3.4+A charger like those used by ASUS.

Laptop is in good condition with no missing doors, no cracks to the screen or outer case, and no signs of heavy abuse as is common with these military/LEO/commercial outdoors laptops.
Specific condition notes are listed below:
Laptop has a number of cosmetic bubbles lightly visible in the corners of the screen, left over from when the touch digitizer was bonded to the LCD. This is a common Getac cosmetic defect. Laptop has a slightly loose door on the right side with one of the locking clasps cracked, shown in the photos. THIS LAPTOP HAS ALOCKED Laptop was ested to power on, and was found to have BIOS lock.• Laptops was tested to boot from a Windows 11 USB restore disk.• Windows 11 Pro 25H2 was restored to the internal SSD. Windows was auto-activated by Getac.• Major Windows updates were done using the internal wifi.• Laptop was tested to have functional touchscreen and functional swivel hinge.• Laptop was tested to charge its 2x internal batteries using a test charger (not included).
• The SerialBallPoint device driver was turned off in device manager. If you are not familiar, all Panasonic and Getac laptops that have both a touchscreen and a 4G LTE modem have a device conflict with a driver called "SerialBallPoint", which causes the mouse to dance all over the screen until it is disabled.
