Enquiries
We try our best to answer your questions as soon as we possibly can (usually within 2-3 hours or atleast same working day). All enquiries are dealt within our opening hours, messages sent over weekends, bank holidays are responded the next working day in the order they were received in.
Order Cancellations/Address Changes
Our systems are automated and all internet orders are invoiced automatically from our system. If you need to cancel an order or make an address change you will need to call us immediately during our opening hours and send us message in good time just so we can handle your request. If you contact us after your order has been picked, packed or posted for any changes, unfortunately this will not be Hours

Order Cut Off
Orders placed and paid for before 3:00PM on a working day (not including Saturdays, Bank Holidays) will be despatched the same working day. We will hold your order pending compatibility checks whenever we require additional vehicle information from yourself as Engine, Chassis No & Model Variants apply to car parts.
Delivery Services
We use Royal Mail, EVRi (formerly Hermes) and DHL as our regular couriers but may use another courier such as Prcelforce & UPS depending on the size and weight of the item, time of order and delivery location. Please note this may affect order delivery time provided by , kindly contact us for further details.
Delivery Restrictions
While we try our best to ship and deliver your orders on time, there are instances beyond our control where certain delivery timeframes and surcharges are applicable by couriers we use. The following areas of the UK may not receive next day service by couriers and there can be a delay in delivering your order. Postage surcharges do apply to below areas and can cost you extra depending on the size and weight of the item you buy.

Please be aware that at peak delivery times e.g. Christmas, Black Friday, New Year and at Bank Holidays deliveries can be delayed. To avoid disappointment at these times please order parts with plenty of notice as we can only ensure that parts are despatched on time but will not be responsible for any delays with the couriers or post.
RETURNS
We offer 30 Days Hassle Free Returns. Kindly include your user id, order number and reason of return on a slip for warehouse to process your return.
If we\'ve listed an item incorrectly we willoffer either an alternative replacement or refund and we will pay for carriage for the return of the item. If apart is delivered damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the part.
If you\'ve ordered the wrong part and the listing is accurate or simply no longer need the part we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. However you must cover the cost of returning the part by a signed for and traceable service. Carriage charges we paid to send your order will not be refunded. The part will then be inspected upon arrival and you will be issued with refund.
If a part has been fitted and is not faulty there will be no refunds whatsoever.We will not be liable for any damages to returned parts during transit. Please ensure any returned items are packaged well.
Please return items within 30 days return period in their original manufacturer packaging. Kindly do not use any packing material such as tapes, shipping labels directly on the part packaging so we can restock the item without charging you a restocking fee. All returned items must include your order number and a reason of return.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above.
WarrantyWarranty Information
Where applicable all parts are covered by a minimum 12 months, 12,000 mile manufacturer’s warranty for domestic use.
Goods are supplied with warranty from manufacturers (details are avaibale on request for the parts you buy from us) provided that you comply with conditions of the warranty set out below:
In an unlikely event of parts become faulty within warranty period for reasons not connected with your acts, please notify us immediately providing description of fault, fill in warranty claim form and your vehicle\'s registartion and chassis number. Kindly return faulty goods back to us which we will need to send to supplier/manufacturers for review and testing.
- Do not remove the part or attempt any corrective measures.
- Altering or modifying parts
- Misuse of goods
- Defect is not from wear and tear subject to warranty conditions from manufacturer
- Wilful fitting of parts by you or third party
- Tampering of goods
Failure by you to contact us before taking action may lead to invalidation of some or all of the warranty. We will provide you with replacement or repair parts at our cost after testing has been completed from our suppliers/manufacturers. No refunds will be given beforehand and manufacturers opinion will be final and binding and we shall have no further liability to you.
