Ancient Roman billon antoninianus of Emperor Gallienus, who ruled AD 253–268.

This coin appears to be the RESTIT GALLIAR type, traditionally cataloged as RIC V.1 27 and associated with the Cologne mint.

Obverse:
IMP GALLIENVS P AVG
Radiate and cuirassed bust of Gallienus facing right.

Reverse:
RESTIT GALLIAR
Gallienus standing left, raising a kneeling personification of Gallia. Gallia appears to hold a cornucopia.

Weight: 3.48 grams

The coin shows moderate to heavy circulation wear and surface roughness. It appears to have been cleaned at some point in the past. There are noticeable areas of green verdigris/deposits on both sides, as shown in the photographs.

Attribution is based on the visible portrait, legends, reverse design, measurements, and weight. Due to wear and deposits, some portions of the legends and design are indistinct.
