Operating Instructions
1.1 Configure power supply
1.2 Adjustment of Labeling Position
(1) Touch the screen manually to change the number to adjust the labeling position (front and rear);
(2) Turn the handwheel to adjust the labeling position (horizontal) through the horizontal guide rail.
1.3 Adjustment of Labeling Tape Tension
For continuous labeling, the label tape should have a suitable and continuous tension. If the tension is too small or slack, it will affect the stability of the label output.
1.4 Adjust the tension of the brake belt of the label tape disc. The tighter the brake belt is, the greater the label tape disc’s rotating resistance will be and also the greater the label tape\'s tension will be.
Label detection photoelectric initialization adjustment (usually does not require adjustment unless the label color is very similar to the label base paper color)
1. Press the \"+\" and \"-\" buttons simultaneously, and the small light will flash.
2. Move back and forth 5-7 times between the two labels.
3. Press the \"-\" key. Settings completed.
Test whether the label detection photoelectric is successfully set
When the label detection photoelectric is aligned with the label, the small light remains on.
When the label detection photoelectric is aligned with the label base paper, the small light goes out.

1.5 Electric eye adjustment

When the bottle passes through the Sensor Electric Eye, the small light on the fiber optic amplifier should light up.
If the small light does not light up, it is necessary to adjust the sensitivity of the Sensor Electric Eye.
Firstly, align the Sensor Electric Eye with the bottle, then use the blue small screwdriver inside the accessory bag to roughly adjust the Sensitivity coarse adjustment and rotate it counterclockwise to the end, then slowly rotate it clockwise. Stop rotating until the small light on the fiber optic amplifier lights up. Then slightly rotate the Sensitivity fine adjustment adjust it clockwise.
Note
The adjustment of the Sensor Electric Eye will be completed before the machine leaves the factory, unless the Sensor Electric Eye is not working, otherwise there is no need to adjust it.
Precautions
- Do not put your hands or foreign objects into the conveyor belt, labeling head, or roller area while the machine is running.
- Before adjusting the labeling position, replacing labels, or performing maintenance, you must press the emergency stop switch and cut off the power.
- Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry during operation. Long hair must be tied back and a protective cap must be worn to prevent it from being caught in the machine.
- The machine is equipped with an emergency stop switch. In an emergency, press it immediately and the machine will stop quickly.
- After the emergency stop switch is pressed, the fault must be cleared and the switch must be reset before the machine can be restarted.
- Do not press the emergency stop switch unnecessarily while the machine is running, as this may affect the normal service life of the machine.
Desktop Page Labeling Machine:
- The opening / closing time should be greater than 30 seconds, otherwise it will easily damage electrical components.
- The parameters of the servo driver and inverter in the chassis cannot be changed. If there is any change, the machine may not be able to move.
- When you operate the machine, you cannot bend the optical fiber. If it is bent, it may cause a labeling error, and you will need to replace the optical fiber. When replacing the optical fiber, make sure the optical fiber specifications are consistent.
- Do not change wires, data lines, or air hose interfaces at random, and protect them from damage.
- During formal start-up and labeling, make sure the \"rush\" button on the touch screen is in the released state. If it is pressed, the machine cannot \"start\" or \"label\", although the other buttons will still work normally.
- The touch screen should avoid scratching, so as not to cause poor touch response.
- The main rubber wheel should be cleaned with alcohol. If the surface is sticky, do not remove it with sharp tools, so as not to cause damage.
- The conveyor belt should be kept clean. If the dirt is hard to wipe off, use a brush to remove it.
- The driving belt of the main labeling motor should be checked once a month. If it is too loose, adjust it accordingly. When adjusting, loosen the fixing screws of the servo motor and tighten the belt. Note that the belt should not be stretched too tightly, as being too tight will cause mechanical resonance noise from the motor.
- Bearing parts should also be checked regularly to prevent screws from loosening and affecting operation.
The labeling section operates at 110V and can be directly connected to a 110V power supply.
The conveyor belt section requires a 220V power supply. A step-up transformer is supplied with the machine to boost the 110V power to 220V for the conveyor belt.
The two sections are powered independently and separately.
Please wire the machine strictly in accordance with the wiring manual. It is strictly forofferden to connect the 110V labeling head to a 220V power supply.
