The bottom of the original box got wet and the very back of the wall mount came in contact with some water because of the way it was sitting in the box (back of a/c unit was on bottom of box), leavng some light oxidation marks on the unfinished metal of the wall mount. This blemish will never be seen once installed. This is the only area that got wet and otherwise this indoor unit is in new condition. Includes all contents of original box - a/c unit, wall mount, remote, and manual.PLEASE NOTE: This unit was designed to be used with it\'s matching outdoor unit, model: MR24C3F. The two peices (indoor unit MW24C3F and outdoor unit MR24C3F) make up the complete indoor/outdoor set model: MR24CF. This listing is for the indoor unit only. There is no outdoor unit included.
