We freeze dry the eggs to a powder, carefully packaged in a 10 mil mylar bag with a zipper seal and then heat sealed for double protection from air and moisture. Each bag also contains a oxygen absorber, so don\'t eat that.
This is a RAW product and must be cooked before eating. Our kitchen also contains soy, dairy, nuts. It is NOT an allergy free space. We freeze dry lots of products.
