3. Remove the trim around the ACM and unscrew the 4 7mm screws around the ACM,
pull the ACM out of the dash and disconnect the connectors.
4. Send us your ACM(at your expense) with a note in the box describing your issues.
5. We do all of the work within 24 hours of arrival.

We will mail it back to you using selected method at checkout. You will receive a tracking number. We pay for the shipping to you only, you have to send it to us at your expense)

Warranty Information

This service includes aLifetime Warranty, unless otherwise noted. The warranty covers all work performed on your unit.

For domestic customers, shipping costs are covered both ways for the first 3 months after your repaired unit is returned. After this period, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the unit to us. For international warranty claims, shipping costs are not covered under any circumstances.

Please note, the warranty is non-transferable if the vehicle is sold. We maintain detailed customer records and assign a unique warranty number to facilitate easy tracking and identification.
