Item is still in original box and shows no signs of wear, but box does (see picture). There is no identifying plaque on it, but I cannot find another anywhere online at all with which to compare it to. Fairway Replicas is no longer in production so I couldn't contact them and ask them for details.
Dimensions: 5"W x 4.5" L x 2" TItem is to be considered RARE since there doesn't seem to be another like it for sale.
