**AS IS** This Explorer case is in good usable condition. The latches and wheels are in good condition. The pull handle is snapped in the middle, but it is still usable. There is one cracked rib that does not affect the overall quality of this case. There are scuffs and scratches from previous use and storage.
The inside of this case is empty and ready for immediate use. There is some glue residue left inside.
