Is there a recommended number of times per day?We recommend using the product 1-3 times daily. We do not recommend continuous use on the same area for more than 20 minutes, as this can strain muscles. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend resting for at least 2 hours after using the product.
Why should I do a heat compress first?For maximum effectiveness, warming up and gently loosening hardened fat and muscles with heat before applying EMS stimulation is recommended. Therefore, we strongly recommend applying a heat pack before use. However, if you have sensitive skin, please be aware of the risk of low-temperature burns.
It stings so muchA The electrical stimulation may feel different depending on your skin type. If you have dry skin, the electrical stimulation may only be felt on the epidermis because the skin lacks moisture and cannot reach the deep muscles, resulting in a stinging sensation. Therefore, a little moisture can help the electrical stimulation reach the deep muscles. We recommend gently wiping the EMS electrode pads with a wet tissue before use. If you are using it for the first time, we recommend setting the massage intensity for each mode to a maximum of 3 levels and gradually increasing the intensity after getting used to it.

Return Policy
We want to make sure that you are very satisfied with your purchase. For any reason to return, you can return it within 14 days from the day you received it. But before returning it, you should contact us first immediately. So that we can assist you with the required arrangement upon your request. Please include the original receipt in your return package or add a note with your username. Refund will be done according to the following condition
All items must be returned in their original condition. The package must be in unopened condition, the items are in unused condition, and not missing any part of the product (Except the defects of the manufacturing). We will only refund after receiving the returned product and deduct the shipping cost and 10% of restocking fees.
The return will be rejected if the package has been opened and the whole or parts of the items are used, parts are missing and damaged by the negligence of the buyer (except for defects in manufacturing).
