Most of leather wear is on seat and arm rests.
The seat is missing two fastening leather loop pieces.
There’s a small tear in seat and piece of leather is missing.
Has scuffs scratches on wood as well.
Still swivels well but may need some additional lubrication for smoother movement
Wood glue was used on wood base of chair
Will be taken apart for shipping
May be shipped in 2 or 3 separate boxes
Will need T25 and T50 Torx bits
