Early 1900’s Small Framed Image Of Beautiful Young Woman-painted? he measures just over 2 inches wide. It’s in good overall condition. The frame is made of metal and I believe the front is glass. It looks like the word souvenir was once on the back but since peeled off. So this may have been a hand-painted souvenir portrait from a barrel pot of water out mid October small city somewhere. I’m not sure. Pretty interesting piece though.
