Overview: The Directed Electronics PKUMUX is an Immobilizer interface for GM-LAN vehicles equipped with the GM PASS-Key III Plus style hybrid Passlock and Passkey 3+ anti-theft systems, plus all 2nd generation encrypted Chrysler Sentry key immobilizers. It is compatible with any remote car starter system, as well as with manufacturer\'s anti-theft systems. It also maintains the integrity of the manufacturer\'s anti-theft immobilizer system.

Installation and Operation: The PKUMUX requires splicing and hardwiring a number of wires into your vehicle\'s factory wiring. Experience with automotive wiring is recommended for installation. Three different wiring diagrams are provided in the manual, along with a chart to indicate which wiring diagram to use for you particular vehicle. No key is required for operation (NKR--No Key Required). Programming the transponder is quick and simple.
PLEASE NOTE: This item does NOT include any wiring diagrams or instructions. You will need to be experienced with using this item to wire it.
