* Items must be returned in the same condition received. Items returned in a condition differing from the condition in which it was received are subject to a reduced refund. The amount of the reduction shall be determined by the listed price at the time of sale to the buyer (the listed price is the amount for which the item was listed for sale by the Seller at the time of Buyer’s purchase. Reductions to the final purchase price from the listed price due to a sale or private offer to Seller shall not impact the Listed Price) minus the current value of the item as it is returned by Buyer to Seller. * Products with missing accessories, altered or damaged packaging, or removed serial numbers.
* Items showing signs of wear, tampering, misuse, or damage not present at delivery.
* Consumables (e.g., batteries, filters, or perishable items) once opened
* Collectibles, as defined by the listing service’s terms of service, rules or other categorization defining the collectible category on this platform.

Special Rules for Certain Products (READ!!!)
Due to their nature, certain products are subject to a modified return policy. Except to the extend modified herein, the general return policy (above) applies:1. Products Requiring Activation/Registration to Use (including, but not limited to, DJI Products)
Returns accepted within 30 calendar days subject to the following:
1. Products sold as new that have been registered with the manufacturer shall be inelligible for return upon registration.
2. Open box items are eligible for return after activation ONLY IF that the item is able to be registered to a subsequent customer after the item is unpaired by Buyer. SUCH ITEMS MUST BE UNPAIRED BY THE BUYER PRIOR TO SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK TO SELLER. A CUSTOMER’S FAILURE TO UNPAIR THE DEVICE PRIOR TO RETURN WILL RESULT IN DENIAL OF THE RETURN WITHOUT EXCEPTION. ALL ITEMS WILL BE CHECKED PRIOR TO RETURN APPROVAL.
2. Password Protected Items
1. Items that are password protected must have the password set to the factory default value. In the event that Buyer returns a password locked item to Seller, Seller will send Buyer one direct message through the direct messaging function seeking the password so that the product can be reset and resold. Buyer’s failure to respond to this message 1) within 48 hours, or 2) prior to 12 hours before Seller’s deadline to process the return as required by , will result in the denial of return approval. THIS POLICY APPLIES EVEN IF THE DEVICE IS DEFECTIVE. As long as the password can be reset despite its defect, it must be reset by Buyer, a as Seller may seek repairs to resell the item as a refurbished unit.
3. Deadstock Sneakers
* Brand new shoes that are returned bearing signs of wear, unless otherwise defective, will incur a restocking fee of 50%, reflecting depreciation in value vs. brand new shoes. Shoes delivered in the retail box that are returned without the box shall incur a restocking fee of 20%. Seller represents and warrants that this restocking fee is not punitive in nature, but rather reflects general standards of depreciation in value in such circumstances.
4. Cameras, Camcorders and Video Game Devices
* Unfortunately, unscrupulous individuals often purchase cameras, camcorders and video game devices from retailers and sellers as a short-term rental to use for a special event, such as a wedding or vacation, returning the item after the event concludes. For this reason, we meticulously examine and photograph all cameras, camcorders and video game devices prior to listing, cataloging the condition of these products. Items exhibiting any wear beyond that which was present at the time of sale, will not be granted a refund.
5. Vitamins and Supplements. Cannot be returned once opened. Opened returns of vitamins or supplements will be given a 0% refund.
6. Collectibles: Collectibles, as defined by the listing service’s terms of service, rules or other categorization defining the collectible category on the platform on which it was purchased.
Restocking & Deductions
* A restocking fee of up to 40% may apply for:
* Opened items no longer in factory-sealed condition.
* Products that show use beyond basic inspection.
