This is beautifully drawn pastel by Scituate Massachusetts artist Deanne Noiseux,1945-2019. Noiseux is known for seaside painting, with this pastel, most likelyRockport, Mass. between Boston and Plymouth Massachusetts. The pastelmeasures 20”x 13”, is pencil signed and dated 2003,in very good condition. It’sdouble matted behind glass in a black metal frame that’s also in good condition,that measures 26 3/4”x 19 3/4”. I was corrected, thanks, this is actually Motif # 1located on Bradley Wharf in Rockport, Massachusetts and is known as “the mostoften painted building in America”.
