The Mountain303D Difference:Why We Don\'t Use PLA
Most 3D-printed tool holders onthe market are made from brittle PLA—basically fancy cornstarch that’ll warp ina hot truck or crack the first time you hit a pothole.
• Industrial-Grade ABS: We printexclusively in high-temp ABS. It won\'t turn into a puddle in your toolbox, garage, or truck during a 100°F+ summer.
• 40 Years of Experience: I don’t build\"toys,\" and I don\'t sell \"hobbyist\" junk. I build gear thatstands up to actual daily abuse.
• Field-Tested: With thousands of printssold, we don\'t ship prototypes; we ship solutions.
• Compatibility: Securely holds (8) Dewalt 20 volt batteries.
• Fitment Guide:Made to hold 5 Ah. Or smaller batteries.
• Mounting: Heavy-duty wall mount design (Hardware not included).
• Origin: Proudly designed and printed in Golden, Colorado.
Choose the version that fits yourworkflow:
• Locking: Battery clicks into place andreleases exactly like it would on a tool. Ideal for service vans and mobilestorage.
• Non-Locking:N/A
What’s Included: (1) M18 6-Battery Holder (Available in Yellow orBlack)
Note: If you see a tool or a battery in thephoto, it’s for demonstration. I\'m selling the 3D print, not my livelihood.
Durability & Reality Check
Our ABS is significantly tougherthan the \"cheap stuff,\" but 3D prints have a \"grain\" (layerlines). Think of it like a piece of oak—it’s strong as hell, but a high-impactdrop onto a concrete shop floor can cause a shear break.
