Vintage WARD’S Cook Book by Dr. Ward’s Medical Company – Winona, Minnesota. Paperback. It measures 7 ½” tall x 6” wide x ½” deep. 72 pages.

Features a variety of Cooking and Baking Recipes such as Cookies, Marmalade and Preserves, Pickles, Meats and Vegetables. Index of Recipes is to the center of book. Dispersed amongst recipes are full page Advertisements on Ward’s products – such as Hair Tonic, Pain Remedy, Children’s Regulator, Blood and Stomach Tonic and Kidney and Bladder Remedy. Metal fastener binding. Item is not dated. Original salesman’s name, Wm. Bauman, is stamped on cover.

Please Note: First page is missing. Old penciled price to inside. Red crayon makes to two pages. Soiling and tears to front and back covers. Wear to outer binding. Pencil writing on front cover. Please note photos. No loose pages. I am including a small Betty Crocker recipe sheet that came with book from 1960. Book was acquired from the closing of an antique shop. It is being offered, “as is”.
