Heritage
Bois du Portugal was released in 1987 and remains one of Olivier Creed’s most admired masculine compositions — the fragrance of tailored suits and old-world confidence. The Millésime designation on Creed bottles refers to the house’s practice of selecting the finest crops of a given harvest year for the composition.

The ingredient declaration on this box lists Evernia prunastri (oakmoss) and hydroxyisohexyl 3-cyclohexene carboxaldehyde. The latter has since been withdrawn from EU cosmetics, so this box documents the earlier formulation rather than current production. Authentication Details
With the cap removed, the ring at the base of the atomizer is white plastic — the single best-known authenticity marker on a Creed bottle, and the detail counterfeiters have consistently failed to reproduce, substituting black or metal components instead. This bottle shows the correct white inner ring, photographed close-up.
Supporting markers: box and bottle both carry LOT C3011S01. The carton panel reads BOIS DU PORTUGAL 120ML EAU DE PARFUM, REF: 1112030, Fragrances Production 77760 Ury, Made in France, EMB 77477A, with barcode 3 508441 106307. The flocked green front label, the embossed CREED lettering across the glass, and the embossed Creed carton are the older presentation, predating the current packaging. The inner carton flap carries the Olivier Creed signature text describing the hand-filtered Millésime tradition.

Unused 120ml flacon with embossed CREED lettering, flocked green front label with the Prince of Wales plumes reading Bois du Portugal, Millésime, De Père en Fils Depuis 1760, 38 Av. Pierre 1er de Serbie Paris, gold atomiser, and black lacquered cap with gold Creed medallion. Original white embossed Creed carton with gold plume motif and gold-printed Millésime panel. The product pamphlet that originally accompanied the bottle is not present. A retailer description sticker is present on the box top, and the carton shows light shelf wear. Please review all photos.
