Chester Nez Navajo/Diné sterling silver cuff bracelet with a broad, smooth domed profile and minimalist unadorned design. Interior is stamped C/J NEZ and STERLING. The C portion of the maker's mark is faint/incomplete, while /J NEZ and STERLING are clearer. Chester Nez was one of the original 29 Navajo Code Talkers who developed the Navajo code during World War II.
Measures approximately 5/8" wide with approximately 6 1/4 wearable circumference. Weight is 20.05 grams. Open cuff construction with squared/tapered terminals.
Pre-owned with mild surface scratches, scuffs, patina and tarnish consistent with age and use. No stones or applied ornamentation.
