Vintage Carver MXR-130 receiver in unusually nice cosmetic condition. This unit is being sold strictly for parts or repair.

Important condition disclosure
When powered on, there is a light electrical/smoke odor. Because of that odor and the lack of audio output, I stopped testing and did not leave the receiver powered on for an extended period. I have not opened the unit, diagnosed the problem, or attempted any repairs.
This should be considered a non-working vintage receiver intended for a technician, restoration project, or parts donor. No other functions are guaranteed.
Cosmetic condition
Cosmetically, this is a very nice example for its age. The brushed-metal faceplate, knobs, buttons, handles, top cover and rear panel present very well overall. There are normal minor marks from age and use, but no major cosmetic damage is apparent. Please review all photos closely; they show the exact unit being sold.
