Dorati leads the London Symphony in a rousing performance of Billy the Kid, complete ballet, and the Appalachian Spring Ballet Suite. The sound is superb recorded on 35mm magnetic film using Mercury's legendary Living Presence recording technique.
The Vinyl is Near Mint. There are no scuffs, scratches or spindle marks that I can see on careful visual inspection. This is the 2007 repress on RFR masters. The record is placed in the original Mercury paper sleeve, with an added poly line for its protection. See Photos.
The Jacket is Near Mint. There is no shelf or ring wear, no split seams, the corners are intact and the spine printing is a touch off center. It is a colorback jacket that contains the program notes on the back panel. See Photos.
