In the town of Cajamarca, Peru near Newmont\'s Yanacocha Gold Mine there is a stone model builder. A little over 20 years ago, I provided him this diecast model, and he handmade this custom stone model. This is the very first stone model of this kind ever created.
The wheels turn on the stone model. Nothing else moves on the stone model (for example the body does NOT pivot up/down).
While the detail of the stone model is amazing you will see from the photos that it is far from perfect. There were more handrails / smaller details that were broken over time.
I am selling the pair of models per the images. Original boxes show some signs of wear / damage but are still intact and functional.
This stone model is really unique and special and a must have for any collector.
