We have this nice antique book dealing with Boston, MA for sale here. Would make a great gift or keep for yourself!

Antique tour guide book to the town of Boston, MA. Book was authored by Abel Bowen. Published by Otis, Broaders and Co. of Boston in 1838. This is a 3rd edition. Printed by Tuttle, Dennett & Chisholm of 17 School Street in Boston, MA.

There are a number of engravings and then 2 pullout maps. One map is affixed @ page 243 and the other map is affixed in the front right after the table of contents. The maps have some darker toning to them.

Black leather covers and spine on the book with gold gilting. The book has some moderate foxing and spotting on the pages. The front cover is coming loosed from the book. Two previous owner names are stamped in the front of the book.

The book is 304 pages in length. Bindings are tight on the book. The book is 3-7/8" across by 6-1/8 tall, by 1-1/8" wide. Let us know if you have any questions or need additional pictures.

The book can be returned. There is a 15% fee of the Item Cost, plus 115% of both Shipping Costs to do so.
