Installation Guide

1.Remove the stock chain guard.

2.Take off the caliper first and undo the axle.

3.Have the wheel off，getting the chain off of this tensioner.

4.Set the swing arm extensions on, slip right on left and right.(You drill one hole and it bolts in place)

5.Take new axle,stick it through the axle hole,and then install the wheel.

6.Extend your chain and put it on,adjust the tension from the axle,make sure that it\'s not locking up or anything,then install the bearings.

7.Put brake on,finally getting the chain guard installed.

If the wheel spacing is not perfect, you can temporarily use 1/2\" washers to adjust by 1–2 mm.

For larger adjustments, a dedicated wheel spacer kit with multiple thickness options—such as 4mm, 6mm, and 8mm—is recommended to achieve a precise fit.
