They come with 8-UV sterilized 3ml cartridges and 1 box of 31g 6mm pen needles.These are new, unused peptide pens, but they do NOT have manufacturer packaging. They will arrive in either a bubble mailer or a 7x4x1.5” box. ******if having a fancy packaged pen is important for you please don’t purchase. Each pen’s plunger mechanism has been tested prior to shipment. I will exchange pens within 30 days of delivery. The defective pen will be shipped back to me before the replacement pens are sent in most cases. I have no way of knowing if the pen was loaded and used properly after it left here so I’m not going to be infinitely responsible for your pen.
