I believe the model number is #5815 but I\'m not an expert.Condition: Very Good Condition. No cracks or chips. There is a small thin elongated bubble on the stem (shown with light) that looks like it\'s on the inside. Rubbing your finger over the outside it\'s nothing but smooth. There are a few light scratches that are hard to see. Overall, in very good condition for a vintage glass piece.
