I found this great old pair of matching Schaeferlighted and animated advertising Beer Mugs in an older tavern that had been closeddown for many years.
I cannot say with 100% certainty whether or not theseare NOS, New Old Stock but when I found them they were stored away, verydusty high on a back shelf in the storage room without any box and looked as ifthey had never been installed or displayed in the bar area of the tavern.
Both electric cords were factory wrapped up and afterI cleaned off the dust and plugged them in they both lit up and after a fewminutes as the \"Bubblers\" heated up from the light bulbs they started to bubbleup the long tube that runs up along the back inside of each beer mug as if there were realbeer bubbles coming up from the bottom of both mugs, up to the top.They work in a verysimilar way that the old 1950\'s-1970\'s Christmas Tree Candle Bubblers functioned.
The overall height from the very top of the lid to the very bottom of the gusset is 18 1/2\" tall. The width at the widest part of the bottom platform below the mug is 7\" wide and sticks out away from the wall 6 1/2\".
These advertising beer mugs are made out of plastic and are very delicate. Ihave very positive response concerning my packing and shipping skills. Thesewould have to be shipped in a larger than normally needed, oversize box andcarefully packed inside the box to insure safe delivery. This will reflect on aslightly higher shipping cost.
Please Note: I do have a video of the bubbles inside each Beer Mug as they start in the bottom of each mug at the back and bubble up to the top as if there was real beer in the mugs. Unfortunately it will not load onto the listing because it is in an Apple Format. I will try to figure out how to add it to the listing.
