This wallet was given to me as a gift by an associate at Barneys New York and has never been used. It has been carefully stored since receiving it and remains in beautiful, unused condition.
Crafted in Italy from genuine alligator leather, the exterior features the distinctive natural scale pattern of genuine alligator. The deep navy blue color is particularly beautiful, sophisticated and understated, with subtle variations in tone and texture depending on the light.

The wallet is also a special piece of New York retail history. Barneys New York was one of the city\'s most beloved and influential luxury department stores for nearly a century. After filing for bankruptcy in 2019, its remaining stores, including the iconic Madison Avenue flagship, closed in 2020. Original Barneys New York pieces like this are no longer produced.
