V-neck draped column with dolman kimono long sleeves. Multiple gathers emanate from the shoulder\'s top-stitched metallic gold curved front flat epaulets and the gold metallic full back shaped yoke. Full-length slip-on style with no closures. Left side 23\" high slit.
Label - BILL TICE. Silky soft fluid synthetic jersey is most likely Qiana, but there is no fiber content tag. Bill Tice was known in the late 70s and early 80s for his glamorous loungewear/disco gowns with dramatic metallic accents. Excellent vintage condition.
