Smoke free home , 1990s vintage fairy core mini dress. Has small hole on backside lace area. Quick fix and also it’s not very noticeable due to the other layers of lace underneath / ruffles. The waist is 13-15” , very little stretch. The full length is 27” ( not including the straps) Also, the straps I cannot remember but it looks maybe discolored due to its age , or it’s part of the look. It’s a beautiful dress and super nice quality. Has silk blue lining, lace bottom , and zipper back closure. Embroidery on side of top area. One of a kind!!
