These errors are very rare and generally the used catalogue guidance for these GV Key Plate stamps appears to make used examples more expensive than mint. This one is £900.Watermark: Multi Script CA.Looks like fiscally used - BUT STILL VERY RARE. SG 92bNo thins, tears, or toning.
