2.2. All my sales either go out First Class or Priority, meaning you will get what you paid for within 3 days. Unless the order is so large that I must ship UPS ground.

4.4. If there is ever an issue you only need to send an email and you will get a prompt response from me. I do not like to leave customers hanging
