The BBK 4015 Shorty Tuned-Length Exhaust Headers are a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory exhaust manifolds on the 2019-2024 Ram 1500 5.7L HEMI V8. Each header is manufactured from 1-3/4" 16-gauge CNC mandrel-bent steel tubing with 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges, robotically welded and pressure tested for leak-free performance. The tuned-length design improves exhaust scavenging and flow over stock manifolds, delivering up to 15 additional horsepower and 20 ft-lbs of torque along with a deep, throaty exhaust note. The titanium ceramic coating reduces underhood temperatures and resists corrosion. Compatible with factory or aftermarket mid-pipes. Designed and manufactured in the USA.
