TheAXDSP-X offers installers a fast, cost-effective solution for improving the sound system with 10 individually assigned output channels, the ability to password-protect your settings, and an easy-to-use smartphone app. It has an onboard digital amplifier turn-on capability with built-in technology to retain many of the vehicle features commonly lost when installing aDSP.

Complete Tuning Control
Installers will have full control to fine-tune each of the 10 channel outputs individually, controlled wirelessly via a free app available for smartphones and tablets. The app makes tuning easy with a 31-band graphic EQ and up to 10ms time delay for each channel, with an independent high pass, low pass, and bandpass filters.

Retain Features with a Built-in Interface
Utilizing Axxess’s data interface technology, theAXDSP-X goes beyond what a traditionalDSPcan do and retains many of the features commonly lost when upgrading a sound system. Voice prompts, parking sensor chimes, and other factory chimes are retained with an adjustable volume control that many traditionalDSPs cannot offer. This is a cost-effective solution for customers who want to retain their factory radio and improve their vehicle sound quality, while still retaining systems like SYNC® or OnStar®.

One Solution, Many Applications
TheAXDSP-X solution already works with a wide range of vehicle applications and systems, including OE or aftermarket radios, and fixed-level analog and/or digitally controlled amplified systems, in addition to non-amplified vehicles that do not have chimes. TheAXDSP-X works with all the existingDSPT-harnesses and still offers the same easy installation behind the radio.

Shipping

Monday-Friday in-stock orders are shipped the same or next business day within 24 hours of your order being placed, with cleared payment. US orders (48 states only) are generally shipped with USPS, but may also be shipped with UPS. Shipping prices (include free shipping items) are not valid to AK PR GU VI AS MH PW MP and HI, please contact us for shipping price. All items will be shipped to original order address (PayPal shipping address) no address change will be made. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes on some of our items.

We offer these methods for shipping your orders from The Wires Zone:

Expedited: 2 business days (additional charges apply)

We use UPS and USPS to ship orders. We send our customers an email with the tracking number for the order. If you did not receive a tracking number by email or need to confirm the tracking information.

No item will be shipped until payment is made and cleared. If you need expedited shipping contact us directly for a fee quote. International orders are shipped ship through USPS International Priority and after a 24 to 48 hour processing period. Delivery time varies on location, usually 6-10 days. International rates/services vary and are available upon request. We don't ship any forofferden items by (USPS or UPS) internationally. We do not take any international returns. We do not pay for duty, customs fees or taxes on any international items. The shipping cost is for shipping only. Once your order left our facility we are no longer in control of the delivery time of your package.

Returns

At The Wires Zone, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied. If for some reason you aren't happy with an item on your order and want to return it, we make returns and refunds extremely simple.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Any complete, like-new item returned within 30-days of order date can be returned for a refund or replacement. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order. All returned items must include the original packaging and all contents (such as packaging material, adapters, harnesses, and manuals). Any items found to be defective at the time of purchase or damaged during shipping can also be replaced. After 30 days, the manufacturer warranty will apply. We can provide you with the information you will need and you will need to contact them directly.

If returned items are not in like-new condition, we may refuse a return or charge a higher restocking fee. Items not in like-new condition include, but are not limited to: items missing original item packaging, used items, installed items, abused or physically damaged items, items missing parts, items damaged due to improper return shipping, items with a different serial number or defaced serial number, pre-cut wire.

To return or exchange an item, please first contact us via Message and we will provide you with detailed return instructions based on the item you are returning/exchanging.

Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days from receipt. Funds will be returned via the original payment method. We will credit for the item only, shipping fee may be deducted from refunds on items with Free Shipping.

Exchanges are typically processed within 3 business days from receipt.

We do accept International Returns but you are responsible for the postage.
