• Items Included in This Listing:

• - 01 feed dosing mechanism with 2" auger screw

• - 01 12V DC motor

• - 01 PVC outlet nozzle

• - 01 digital bi-voltage timer (110V~220V) with second-based activation

• - 01 12V/10A power supply (oversized to prevent burnout due to overcurrent)

• - 04 mounting screws/washers/nuts

Attention: The dry food dimensions can be up to 0.59in diameter and can have various shapes.

- Industrial and robust product, no makeshift solutions!

• - Our feed dosing mechanism is unique because it has internal bearings and seals that connect the motor to the auger screw shaft, preventing jams, variations, and vibrations during dosing, ensuring the maximum torque (force) of the motor to drive any type of feed without straining the motor.

• - The use of bearings and seals prolongs the motor’s lifespan, allowing it to run more smoothly without much effort, as they transfer the effort to the bearings.

• - Low energy consumption.

• - Robust feeder made of industrial ABS/nylon.

• - Auger screw made of carbon steel, treated and zinc-plated to prevent corrosion.

• - 12V DC motor with high torque reducer.

• - Bi-voltage digital timer with second-based activation, which does not lose programming in case of power failure, as it has an internal battery.

• - The 12V/10A switched power supply is oversized to prevent burnout during current peaks (overcurrent); moreover, it is protected inside a hermetically sealed plastic box with sealed cables and connectors.
