Offered here is anAutodromo Prototipo Brian Redman Edition Chronograph in stainless steel, one of only400 stainless-steel examples produced. The watch was created to commemorate Brian Redman’s victory with Jo Siffert at the1969 Nürburgring 1000 km.
This watch is essentially new old stock.I purchased it new, andtoday was the first time I ever opened the box it arrived in.Until today, the watch had never even been taken out or looked at, much less worn. It has remained stored in its original packaging since new.
The Brian Redman Edition was limited to just500 pieces worldwide: 400 in stainless steel and 100 in gold plate.
Inspired by the Porsche Salzburg 908/02 that Redman and Siffert drove to victory at the Nürburgring, the watch features a distinctive white and red racing-inspired dial with a green chronograph hand.
