It’s previously owned and used and in good pre-owned condition with no stains, but there are a few flaws on one of the arms. There are some slight pillings and maybe small tiny pulls on the inside. Please note that this item isn’t brand new and doesn’t have tags. It’s good to get it cleaned properly before you wear. It’ll be kept in a plastic bag to prevent smell and dust.
