Up for sale is a rare, authentic vintage Art Deco dinanderie metal vase by renowned Belgian artist Antoine Dubois for his workshop, Montoise. This beautifully stylized piece features an acid-etched or hand-incised scene depicting a fish swimming amongst bubbles, seaweed, and coral.
The body carries the crisp, incised artist signature "A. Dubois." The base features the distinctive incised Montoise "Rising Sun over Horizon" factory emblem alongside the mold/shape number "403."
