Beautiful early 20th-century French porcelain chocolate set by Tressemanes & Vogt (T&V), Limoges, France, featuring delicate pink roses, blue/lavender floral garlands and gold trim.The set includes:• 1 tall covered chocolate pot• 5 matching chocolate cups• 5 matching saucers• 1 large matching serving/cabaret tray12 pieces total when the pot and lid are counted as one piece.The porcelain bears the T&V Limoges marks, including the distinctive red bell mark. Based on the backstamps, the set dates to approximately the early 1900s / circa 1900–1919.The tall chocolate pot, architectural handles and matching presentation tray make this a particularly attractive display set for a collector of antique Limoges porcelain.Condition: Overall very good antique condition. No obvious cracks noted in the cups, saucers, pot or tray. The interior seating flange on the underside of the chocolate-pot lid has a substantial chip/loss. The damaged area is largely hidden once the lid is placed on the pot. There is some age-related wear to the gilding and minor surface wear consistent with age.
