Beautiful antique Northwood Glass Peacock & Urn master ice cream bowl, circa 1890, in custard glass with original nutmeg-stained decoration.
Large master-size bowl measuring approximately 10” across, featuring a deeply molded peacock surrounded by flowers and foliage with an urn in the background. The warm nutmeg staining emphasizes the raised pattern, and the bowl has a dramatic scalloped rim.
Marked on the underside with the Northwood trademark.
There is a light Uv reaction
