Sugar Bowl:
Intricate, antique Japanese Satsuma sugar bowl signed and hand-painted. This piece has a raised dragon motif that wraps around the body and forms the handles. The lid features a large, gilded dragon head finial (blemish seen has been sealed). The base is decorated with traditional Immortal figures. Tea Cups:
Hand-painted antique teacups with a cream-colored crackle glaze. Each cup has a detailed scene of Japanese Immortals. The handles are sculpted in the shape of dragons with gold accents. The base of each cup has a traditional Japanese maker\'s mark. As expected with pieces of this age, two of the cups have small chips at the rims. Otherwise these are in excellent condition.Markings & Authenticity:Each piece features a highly collectible, authentic hand-painted gold square seal cartouche set against a dark rectangular glaze patch on the base.
