Up for your consideration is a magnificent set of nine (9) Minton Bone China Service Plates, custom-commissioned for the legendary New York luxury importer Davis Collamore & Co. during the height of the Gilded Age (Circa 1910-1920).
THE PATTERN: MINTON G9561
This is not merely painted china; it is a masterpiece of ceramic engineering. These plates feature a breathtaking acid-etched gold border. The intricate scrollwork and fleur-de-lis motifs are physically etched into the porcelain before being encrusted with heavy 24K gold and hand-burnished to a mirror-like glow. The "Minton Red" (a deep, royal crimson) is vibrant, consistent, and provides a stunning contrast to the brilliant gold.

Marked with the prestigious "Broadway & 21st St" address, these plates were originally sold to the elite of New York society.
