Antique, mid 19th century US Civil War era book in overall very good condition. Exterior has some chipping on the spine and the hinge but is otherwise clean and well intact with a few rubs to the outer corner edges of the boards. Book is overall internally clean with foxing to the first several pages and front and back endpapers. Book has one folding map and then a handful of page maps as well as the livestock portrait of Rowena. Book\'s binding is tight and very well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book has no odors.
Book totals 680 pages, measures approximately 9 1/4 x 6 1/4 x 1 1/2 inches and weighs about 2 pounds.
