Lovely Antique serving set - Platter and Nine Desert Plates by Delinieres (D&C), LIMOGES France.
Circa late 19th.
The set features lovely and elegant Art Nouveau style mold with heavily gilded scalloped rims, hand painted with pink roses , and dark green and gilded rims.
All pieces are monogrammed with “P and G”.
Condition: I don’t notice cracks or repairs. There is wear to gilt, especially on the monogrammed details, wear to decorations and enamels, use related marks/scratches (please see pictures). Typical wear and minor scabs on the feet. Minor rough areas along the rims. Some occasional scabbing on the raised gilt details Production related flows and stains/spots/residue on the underside: All imperfections correspond with age. Please see pictures for more details.
Measure : platter 15 2/8” plates 7.25” in diameter
Marked on the underside with mark used during the late 1800s.
