Antique, late 19th century edition, likely 1870s based on the printer, bound in three quarters leather, Charles Dickens book in overall very good condition for its age. Exterior of the book has some minor age, use and shelf wear including some scuffs and rubs to the leather of the spine and outer corner edges but with exterior overall very well intact and clean. Interior of the book is likewise clean and well intact with some minor toning from age to pages that remain sturdy and well intact. Interior has some other minor age, use or handling wear like pencil notation on the upper edge of the front endpaper mistakenly identifying the book as an 1837 first edition, which it is not as that edition was published by Chapman and Hall. Book’s binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book has no odors.
Book totals 400 pages, measures approximately 9 3/4 x 7 5/8 x 1 inches and weighs about 2 pounds.
