Up for sale is an antique celluloid vanity box or glove box.
Celluloid on top and sides. The design is roses, leaves. The colors are off white, green, light green, pink, red. Clasp on front.
Inside is damaged with no satin lining. Lining has been taken out.
2 hinges on the back.
Front clasp doesn’t close perfectly.
Measures 13” by 3 3/4” by 2 1/2”.
Refer to all pictures. Some damage on the ends.
Black paper on the bottom.
Late 1800’s.
I could add new scrapbook paper on the inside if you wish at an additional charge to make it have a finished look.
