Item: Beautiful antique Bohemian Art Nouveau iridescent miniature glass vase, circa 1900-1915. Hand blown, deep cranberry/plum color with metallic iridescent finish, and ribbed design. Displays oil-slick shifts of pink, purple, blue, and almost a yellowy green. The neck tapers into a unique flat ground square top opening.
Condition Details: Authentic antique condition. Iridescence displayed and authentic enclosed production \"seed bubble\" trapped completely inside the glass wall from original blowing process. The fragile, factory-ground square rim displays typical age related wear, including approximately 5-6 tiny \"flea bite\" flakes along flat surface and one larger chip on an outer corner. Please review the close up photos carefully to see the rim condition. the bulbous body and base are free of cracks, structural flaws, or internal clouding.The base features a classic smooth, ground and polished scar proving its hand-crafted, hand-blown origin.
