Decorated with hand enameled pink rose and blue forget me nots with yellow and gold leaves over a gold band above yellow floral scrollwork and H designs. Ground and polished base. Unsigned. Probably produced by Harrach.Has wear to the gilding and enamel, a gilded over flake to the outside edge of the lip, and a small chip to the inside edge of the lip.Measures approximately 2 1/2 inches wide x 3 3/4 inches tall.This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
