Beautiful antique English handled serving platter featuring the \"PEKIN\' pattern by B&H.TIME PERIOD MANUFACTURED- 1850-1899. Approx. 150 + years old.The platter is decorated with an elaborate Chinoiserie scene depicting Asian figures surrounded by flowering branches,foliage,architectural elements and bold geometric motifs. The molded handles are incorporated into the decorative border, giving the piece a particularly attractive and unusual presentation.
Approx 11 inch across include the handle.Antique condition with age related wear. There is overal crazing to the glaze,consistent with the age of the piece. There is also small chip/nick along the outer edge,clearly shown in the photos-especially last 2 photo.
