Beautiful 20s 30s antique delicate lace maxi dress. Dress has snap closures on the side and front for easy access. Dress does have some flaws in the lace but is still wearable. They may ultimately need to be repaired as the dress is fragile. Lace damage is predominantly in the sleeve and shoulder area, the skirt overall does appear to be structurally sound and in good condition. Likely best suited for an xs, or a small that has smaller hips.
